Many people informed me about a problem running Elltube 0.3 on Windows. Elltube showed a dialog with the text "This application has failed to start because the application configuration is incorrect. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem."
After investigating this problem, Py2Exe compiler and 2.6 version of Python seem to be the guilties. This is because compiled code requires Microsoft Visual C++ in order to work, but 2.5 version of Python never needed it.
For this, a new installer of Windows version has been compiled against Python 2.5 and uploaded to server. You can download it from Download section.
